Withdrawal transactions will be generated instantly, and the value withdrawn from your account.
There are occasional delays with both deposit and withdrawal transactions. If you believe that your transactions are taking too long, please contact us and provide as much of the following transaction information as possible:
- Transaction hash
- Sending address
- Receiving address
Viewing your deposit and withdrawal history
All your deposits and withdrawals (both pending and historical) can be viewed on your "accounts
" page. Select the currency from the left hand side, then go to the "Transfers" tab found at the top right hand side.
Contract generated transactions
Please do not deposit ETH to GDAX from an Ethereum contract. Supporting this deposit type presents unique technical challenges.
